Le Paysage, Carrefour Identitaire

This work was a precursor to works in Banal Landscape Repository, where I first started thinking about the connection between landscape and nationalism. The work in this exhibition references various Olympic opening ceremonies, exploring how landscape is used for spectacle, to convey different ideological systems, almost always through media.
